Tweeti always have looked at booze and other rec stuff as taking a good step forward then doing that crap and going three steps back. so i have always viewed it as being bad for improvements

TweetThere are absolutely no health benefits to consuming alcohol. Any benefit from lowered blood pressure is cancelled out by all the horrible things alcohol does to the body and brain. Any doctor that tells someone they should drink for their health needs to have his head examined.
