TweetThe one show I did was inbf which is sister to wnbf and the way it worked was everyone does a polygraph and then the winners of each class and overall get a piss test. I'm not saying that means it's 100% natural but It made us fear testing and allowed more natural type physiques to want to compete because they knew it wasn't an anything goes show.
