    Default Lonestar 40-9 conversion barrel

So I had been thinking about getting me a 9mm to target shoot with because the ammo is so much cheaper than my .40 ammo. Well, in doing some reading, I came across a conversion barrel made by Lone Wolf. I can get the barrel for 100.00 and buy a 9mm magazine for a Glock 26 and I'll have a .40 and a 9mm all with one body. The barrel is a direct replacement for the .40 glock barrel. You just drop it in just like you take it apart to clean it. I have watched several youtube videos of it in action and I have yet to see a jam and it seems pretty accurate.

So basically, I can get a glock 9mm for 130.00 bucks after the magazine. You can't beat that IMO. I will definitely be giving one of these a try in the next few weeks.

pretty sweet i have read pretty favorable reviews. you must add the price of a new magazine as the .40 is 1mm wider than the 9mm. i cant see how it would feed properly.

but having both 9mm and .40 is cool. my question is how much do you shoot. if it is going to take you 2 years to shoot enough to break even on the $$$ for the conversion is it worth it?
