I know I've been off boards for years but now being back on a few it blows my mind how ppl are over complicating things trying to reinvent the wheel. Take this with that, pin this at that time, don't take that with that, you definitely need this with that, eat this, train like that, etc, etc, etc. And the worst part is being a vet to the game and trying to drop some common sense and ppl not really wanting to listen because all the bullsh*t fluff sounds better to them I guess. I'm not saying I know it all, far from it, but I've built me a pretty decent physique with the crap genetics I have over the past 20+ years and if I was coming up in the game I think I would listen.

Bread and butter compounds have built great physiques for years and years so stick to them.

Don't believe all the bullsh*t you read.
Listen to ppl that have been there, done that, and have a physique to prove it.

For a hobbyist definitely KISS philosophy. For pre-contest it can get complicated I think.

I feel it is wise to educate and hear other's experience. What works for one though may not for another and if you are aware of how your body reacts, then go with what you think.

Excellent post, and...not complicated. The only thing I would say that has gotten more sophisticated and it still doesn’t need to be complicated, is controlling the sides of AAS. That is, more finesse with subtler compounds to counter excess e2 and sides, etc. And a few more peptides that have promise, but again, are an addition if wanted and don’t need to be complicated. The body does pretty remarkable things on AAS when injury free and I think you avi speaks for itself.

Very good post. I used to think all the compounds I could get was best, but for me...Sustanon or cyp/enan is perfect for me. No crazy dosage either. 500-750 per week along with a good diet is perfect

Thanks. Yes, with so much on the market now there are some extra measures available to help with sides. I'm still not sold on peptides. I do use M2 and GHRP-6 (to increase appetite).

Thank you. Most ppl can get great results with just the basics as you said. They think they need to take 50 different things because others do. No need to overdue. Start small, start simple, see how your body responds and take the bare minimum if you respond well. No need for more.
