If I could do my 1st cycle again
TweetQuestion for members coming off there first cycle now and planing a 2nd - members that have been in the game for years? What would you do different?

TweetI would have done more research and waited until I was a bit older. I was too young to start when I did. But, I was impatient and thought a lot differently back then than I do now. If I would have focused more on gaining some type of basic AAS knowledge, I'd probably be in a much better spot right now when it comes to my physique.

Tweetcleaned my diet up more. that's the only thing i would change. we started very low and moved up a little more each run, then eventually we started adding in other compounds. test only for the first couple of years

TweetI would have done the sust Ed not 1time a weelk and I would have waited 6 more mths and learned a lot more about nutrition,it took me 2 year to get the diet right after I started alot of wasted gear

Tweetmine was a great starter cycle. I really cannot remember but it was either straight test or test and deca.
